I got there early, got through security quickly, and had time to get coffee before getting on the plane. There were plenty of charging points in the gate area, which was quiet. Clear announcements were made by the staff, who also assisted passengers in boarding without any confusion. At this terminal, Southwest seems to genuinely care about the traveler experience.
